We often forget to recognise the younger generation, especially the ones who will continue our hard working paths and keep our jobs and industries going!

Meet the people behind the brands this week, is therefore a special tribute to Pandora Howard Griffin, who started her university work placement and got her first job with a British heritage brand this June 2012!

Pandora is brilliant and she is always up to date with everything, so people watch out for her, she is here to join the fashion world and make her mark!

I had the pleasure of interviewing Pandora in Mayfair drinking a Starbucks! Did you know that Starbucks is now opening tea shops! This is what Pandora said:

- British Brand

2. What do you do?

- Product developer assistant

3. What do you love to wear?

- Colourful Prints, natural fibres i.e. silk

4. What is your favourite shop?

- Dover street Market and Liberty in London

5. What is your best travel memory?

- Camping at Uluru (Australia- Ayers Rock)

6. What is you favourite colour?

- Yellow

7. What would you like to be remembered for?

- Being successful and a good mum one day

8. What is your favourite drink and food?

- Mojito and classic British food

9. Where is your next travel destination?

- French alps in a villa doing extreme sports such as hiking and mountain biking with my family

10. Will you always work in fashion?

- Yes, but it is still early days for me

11. What is your favourite style?

- 50's style which is a trend now. It was women in their best, showing their waist

Pandora also has her own business called Make Fashion British.

Pandora is fantastic and her energy and go for it will already shows in her business, she is here to stay and make a mark in the fashion industry for sure!
